Terms Of Use:

These terms and conditions create a contract between you, (“the Renter”) and SONNE Studios (the “Agreement”). Please read the Agreement carefully. To confirm your understanding and acceptance of the Agreement, click “I have read and agree to the terms above”

Rates are as follows:

30 minutes - $75

1 hours - $150

2 hours - $300

3 hours - $450

4 hours - $600

5 hours - $725

6 hours - $870

7 hours - $1015

Equipment setup and hair and makeup that will require extra time needs to be factored into the rental quote. If you require more time at the end of your booked time and there is no one scheduled after you, you may request additional hours.

The date and studio/rental items are not reserved until full payment and e-signed rental agreement are submitted to and received by the Studio. The retainer is non-refundable.

The studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is absolutely NO smoking or alcohol in the building. If we do see, smell, or find that you or your guests have smoked in the studio, there will be a $100 fine and you will be banned from the studio.

Photographers are allowed to photograph models of any age, but model release forms are required for any and all models under the age of 18. Absolutely no nude, partial nude, boudoir, or lingerie shoots are allowed in this studio for models of any age.

ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME

• The lease shall start and end as set forth in this Agreement; set-up and clean-up time must take place during the hours set forth in this Agreement.

• An hourly charge will be applied for each additional hour that extends beyond rental terms, as set forth in this Agreement.

BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS

• Be present at all times during the rental

• Keep the event or session contained within the studio

• Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times

• Clean up trash or other items on premises prior to leaving

• Keep music at a reasonable level

STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED:

The Studio agrees to provide a photography studio space in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said studios functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. The Renter is entitled to use the entire studio, (this includes and is limited to 1 bathroom, kitchen, lounge area, primary photo space, and balcony). The lighting equipment, props and any furniture in the studio at the time of rental are also available for use with the mutual understanding that these assets will be handled with care and cleaned afterwards if necessary. SONNE Studios is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather, emergencies, or Acts of God. Renter agrees to return all equipment, studio, and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided. The renter agrees to pay $15 per damaged foot of seamless paper if it is ripped or stained at all during his/her rental. Rental furniture may be moved or taken outside, one piece at a time. If there is inclement weather in the forecast (rain, snow, etc.) then the furniture may not be taken outdoors. The renter agrees to not move any pieces larger than a single chair without two people present to move it and will abstain from dragging the legs.

DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE, OR STUDIO:

If the Renter damages any equipment, the Renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of equipment, furniture, or studio within 3 business days. All charges will be charged to the Renter’s card. In the event that the Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and all Renter's visitors damage any equipment or studio, the Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary within 3 business days. Renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found, or a $40 cleaning fee will be assessed.

There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects. The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the Studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter's possession, Renter shall make the Studio aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable.

LIABILITY:

Renter agrees to get a signed Liability Release from all persons that will be on the premises prior to use of Studio. The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and all Renter's visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises.

Use of the studio requires the following in advance:

• Agreement to Studio Rental Terms and Conditions

• Payment of Deposit

• Signed Liability Waiver and Releases for all persons who will be in attendance at the Studio

• Photocopy of Renter’s Drivers License or Legal State ID

The premises are to be used for the purpose of a photography/videography studio, including such activities as are necessary and usually incidental to such use. The Studio shall have the right to inspect the equipment, studio, and furniture at any time during the rental term. Renter shall make any and all arrangements necessary to permit a representative of the Studio access to the equipment and studio. If a breach of any of the provisions of the Rental Agreement occurs, the Studio has the right to revoke Renter's access to the equipment and studio without any liability to and without prejudice to the Studio, the right to receive rent due or accrued to and including the date of revocation.

There will be at least one SONNE Studios employee on the premises at all times, located in the control room or the main studio area. The Renter recognizes that there will be security cameras in use for the protection and safety of all equipment and persons in the studio. The Renter acknowledges that the employee will be watching them from the security cameras located within the studio.

CANCELLATION:

There shall be no refund of deposit after it has been received by the Studio. Once a balance is paid, it is non-refundable.

All additional fees are also non-refundable in instance of cancellation, be it appointment cancellation, cancellation or alteration of the original agreement, or cancellation of additional photos. Cancellation must be in writing, even if a verbalized request was made to inform the Studio of the cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $35 cancellation fee. All rescheduled appointments made 48 hours or fewer before the scheduled time will be subject to a $35 fee and must be made by writing or confirmed by phone.

Returned checks will incur additional charges including but not exceeding all bank fees plus $25 processing fee.

VIOLATION OF CONTRACT:

Client assumes responsibility for any and all collection costs and legal fees incurred by the Photographer in the event that enforcement of this contract becomes necessary. All legal actions shall be taken appropriately.
