HOURS
The studio is typically open by appointment only from 8 AM to 10 PM every Sunday - Thursday and 8AM to 4PM on Friday.
We are closed on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
GUIDELINES
We do not allow smoking of any kind in our studio. If we do see, smell, or find that you or your guests have smoked in the studio, there will be a $300 fine and you will be banned from the studio.
Because we try to foster a very family friendly environment and brand, we do not allow full or partial nudity in this studio.
You are responsible for setting up your equipment before the shoot, and cleaning it up afterwards.
Minors are required to sign a model release form, provided by the photographer.
CLEAN UP
Setting up and breaking down what is needed for your shoot must be accounted for in the amount of time you reserve. Time for makeup and wardrobe changes should also be considered when booking. Please book more than your “shoot time” to make sure you are in and out on-time. For clean up, please leave the studio neat and clean with all props, backdrops, and equipment in it’s designated spot. Please leave with everything you brought in with you.
If there is an appointment directly after you, we will let you know.
In this case, if you are more than 5 minutes late leaving the studio, you will be billed a $35 late fee.
If there is not, we will also let you know so you can add more time during your session if needed, billed at the normal rate.
Fees for organization & clean-up:
Cleaning fee: $60
Cyc Wall damage or repaint $100
SAFETY + SECURITY
There will be several security cameras located in the studio for safety and accountability purposes. There will also be at least one person located inside either of the studio control rooms during your shoot.

PARKING
We do not have private or validated parking available, but there is an attached parking garage or street parking available nearby during the week called 30 Light Parking. There is also free street parking in the neighborhood on Sundays. Please arrive early to allow time to find parking.
REFUNDS + RESCHEDULING
No refunds are given for cancellation. We can, however reschedule your appointment to another date for a fee of $35 if it falls within 24 hours of your original booking. All cancellation and rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours prior to your original appointment are free and can be made by going to your original confirmation email.
